Wine and Dine Around

Chef Rachel Ponce and Edible Magazine invite you to an afternoon of delicious food and wine pairings celebrating five badass female winemakers, with music by Electric Violinist Emily V and DJ Jteeny, held inside the not-yet-open Frunchroom.  

Chef Rachel will be preparing small bites to pair with the wines of five female-run wineries from the area: 

Nancy Ulloa of Ulloa Cellars 

Alana Suroff of Tribeca Wine Collective

Gib­sey Beckett of Thibido Winery

Arianna Spoto of Arianna Winers

Melani Harding of Bon Niche Cellars.  

Meet these amazing female leaders, taste their wines, and experience a food pairing designed to showcase with both the wine and the woman who was part of its creation.  

And this is not just a chance to taste some great food and drink!  This event offers the opportunity to get a first look at Paso Robles' soon-to-be-favoirte culinary mecca, Frunchroom. Opening in June 2023 this multipurpose building will be home of the Pair With Dining Experience, Rachel's Lunchtime Tapas Bar, Primal Meat Company, and Celler Fermentation.
